ABOUT THE SHOES
How are BBs made?
Your BBs are handcrafted by our highly skilled karigars (craftsmen). Each pair is infused with age old techniques of shoe making and leather craft moulded in the urban attire. It takes about 40 to 50 hours to customise one pair.
What materials are used?
Ethically sourced vegan leather.
The embroideries are done on the best quality fabrics.
Where are they made?
BBs are proudly made in India. We work with karigars to contemporarize traditional artforms and give them a place in your shoedrobe.
Do you have vegan shoes?
Yes! Our entire range is vegan.
FIT AND SIZE+
Which size will fit me?
We have mentioned our sizes in reference to all existing sizing standard in our chart.
We would recommend you to give your foot measurements in cms for a perfect customized fit. (Size chart)
How do I measure my foot?
We need length and girth of the foot. Kindly measure it with a measuring tape as shown in the guide. (Measuring guide)
Do BBs fit flat, narrow or wide feet?
Yes! In that case, give us your measurements and we will make it possible!
Are BBs comfortable?
Every BB has a cushioning on insole to ensure comfort. When they are new give them time, they will grow on your feet and take the shape.

We offer Cash on Delivery in India!
Orders placed in India and outside India are catered by safe and realiable courier companies like Fed EX, Bluedart, Armaex and Delhivery.
Do you ship outside of India?
Yes we do ship globally.
What are the payment options available?
You can pay for your purchase using credit card, debit card, american express, Paypal, internet banking and wallet payments like PayTM as well.
All these payment methods are 100% safe and secured.
We also offer Cash on Delivery in India!
How will I know my order is shipped?
You will receive a tracking number on your email id once your order has been shipped. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering.

How much time will it take for me to receive my shoes?
We dispatch your pairs within 48 hours of placing the order. It takes around 7 working days for the delivery of shipment depending on your location.
Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.
Would there be any hidden taxes or duties that I have to pay?
For India - ALL taxes and duties are included in the price mentioned.
For International orders, or orders outside of India – there may be custom duties that are applicable and are subject to government regulations. Please note we have no control over these duties.
Other than India, which countries do you deliver to?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
What’s your return policy ?
We accept returns on all unworn shoes within 15 days of receipt. We know you need to try them on for fit and comfort, but make sure to only wear them on clean floors inside (and never outside, if you plan to return them). We will give you a product in exchange or store credit depending on your choice.
BBs stretch and take the shape of your foot when worn. In case they feel slightly snug, then they will open up and take the shape of your foot.
How do I return my order?

Do you give Refunds?
Refunds are in the form of store credits or e-gift cards only which can be used while shopping online on (website link) .
Can I return an order that was a gift?
Yes, you can return an order that was a gift and choose between exchange or a credit note.
When will my exchange shoes ship?
Your exchange shoes will be registered as a new order and take the same amount of time i. e 7 working days to reach you once we receive your initial pair.
What about International Exchanges and Returns?
Sorry currently we don't process international exchange
GIFT CARDS
How do I purchase a gift Card?
You can directly purchase a gift card online. Once your order is prepaid the gift card will be emailed to you on your registered email id.
How will I receive the gift card?
You will receive an e-gift card on your email id which will consist of 16 digit code. You can redeem the code while placing an order online directly at the time of checkout.
Where can I redeem the gift cards?
You can redeem the gift cards online at the check out page. One gift card can be redeemed only on one order at a time.
What is the validity of gift cards?
It is valid for 365 days from the date of the purchase.
Can I partially redeem the gift cards?
Yes, you can partially redeem the gift cards and the remaining balance can be redeemed for later purchase.
CARE
How do I care for my BBs?
In case they have a spot of dirt, simply wipe them clean with a mild cleanser like a handwash and a soft clean cloth.
For embellished shoes – Each embellishment is hand embroidered securely. A little pouch of extra embellishments is given with each purchase as well.
You can even dry clean your fabric shoes to preserve them longer.
Any tips to keep in mind?
BBs are water resistant and can withstand some water.
Keep the shoes away from moist air, in the dustbags and boxes to preserve them for longer. n
